Misc. No.42966 of 2010\n                            SAHEED, son of Samsol\n                                     Versus\n                            THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   14.03.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                    offence under sections 302,304-B\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering that during investigation some witnesses<\/p>\n<p>                    have stated that the deceased had committed suicide, let the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                    of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                    each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the<\/p>\n<p>                    satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Kaithar, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Sessions Trial No.244 of 2010, subject to the conditions (i) That one<\/p>\n<p>                    of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give<\/p>\n<p>                    an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the<\/p>\n<p>                    court about any change in the address of the petitioner, (ii) That the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner will give an undertaking that he will receive the police<\/p>\n<p>                    papers on the given date and be present on date fixed for charge and<\/p>\n<p>                    if he fails to do so on two given dates and delays the trial in any<\/p>\n<p>                    manner, his bail will be liable to be cancelled for reasons of misuse,<\/p>\n<p>                    and (iii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date<\/p>\n<p>                    and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be<\/p>\n<p>                    liable to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>         JA\/-                                               (Anjana Prakash,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Saheed vs The State Of Bihar on 14 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.
