HEMA, J.\n        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                        B.A. No. 7531 of 2008\n        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n          Dated this the 15th day of December,2008\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. The alleged offences are under sections 380, 454 and<\/p>\n<p>34 IPC. According to prosecution, on 29-7-2008 and 30-7-2008<\/p>\n<p>petitioner (A6) along with five other accused in furtherance of<\/p>\n<p>common intention committed theft of 17 bags of dry ginger, 2<\/p>\n<p>bags of nutmeg and 2 bags of maize which costs Rs.1,18,320\/-,<\/p>\n<p>after  breaking       open     a    godown       belonging       to    de  facto<\/p>\n<p>complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.   Petitioner      was      arrested      on     5-11-2008.      Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor submitted that he has no objection in granting bail<\/p>\n<p>on conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>       4.
