GIRI, J.\n                    -------------------------------\n                     WP(C).NO. 19332 of 2008\n                   ---------------------------------\n             Dated this the 26th day of June, 2008\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      While serving as Staff Nurse in the Primary Health Centre<\/p>\n<p>Poyya, the petitioner was placed under suspension and later she<\/p>\n<p>was reinstated in service.       While so, the disciplinary action<\/p>\n<p>initiated against her was closed and in the meanwhile the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has been posted at Mulamkunnathukavu, which<\/p>\n<p>according to her is 45 km. away from Koratty where she is<\/p>\n<p>residing.    An appeal filed by the petitioner was disposed of by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 by the Director of Health Services noting that there is no<\/p>\n<p>open vacancy at the requested station. In the case of general<\/p>\n<p>transfer, the petitioner opted for Koratty. But it seems that in<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 final list, the third respondent who is junior to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was posted as Koratty.           Aggrieved by this, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner filed Ext.P7 appeal before the first respondent Director.<\/p>\n<p>This writ petition has been filed for appropriate orders on Ext.P7.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC.19332 \/2008               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned senior Government Pleader.             I have perused the<\/p>\n<p>averments in the writ writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p>first respondent    to pass orders on Ext.P7, after hearing the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner as also the third respondent,within a period of six<\/p>\n<p>weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition also along with<\/p>\n<p>a copy of the judgment before the first respondent for<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        V.
