Till<\/p>\n<p>                     date no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                     respondent-university.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             As submitted by the petitioner&#8217;s counsel that<\/p>\n<p>                     certificate is essential as he had to produce in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with teacher&#8217;s appointment in the last phase.<\/p>\n<p>                             This application is being disposed of, directing<\/p>\n<p>                     the respondent-university to examine the case of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner. As submitted already requisite fee has been<\/p>\n<p>                     deposited by the petitioner, as such there is no reason for<\/p>\n<p>                     delaying the issuance of certificate in favour of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner.
