The present appeal arises out of the judgment<\/p>\n<p>                  dated 25.6.2003, passed in CWJC No.281 of 2003, by a learned<\/p>\n<p>                  single Judge of this Court. It appears to us that CWJC No.129 of<\/p>\n<p>                  2003 (Dr. (Mrs.) Pushpa Sinha v The Chancellor, Universities of<\/p>\n<p>                  Bihar &amp; Ors.), and the aforesaid CWJC No.281 of 2003 (Dr.<\/p>\n<p>                  (Prof.)Arun Kumar Sinha v The Chancellor, Universities of<\/p>\n<p>                  Bihar &amp; Ors.) were disposed of by a common judgment dated<\/p>\n<p>                  25.6.2003, passed by a learned single Judge of this Court. LPA<\/p>\n<p>                  No. 672 of 2003 was preferred by the petitioner of CWJC<\/p>\n<p>                  No.129 of 2003, which has been dismissed as withdrawn by a<\/p>\n<p>                  Division Bench of this Court by order dated 13.7.2010. Learned<\/p>\n<p>                  counsel for the respondents further informs us that LPA No.623<\/p>\n<p>                  of 2006, challenging the subsequent developments between the<\/p>\n<p>                  same parties, was also dismissed as withdrawn by order dated<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      29.6.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   3.
