No.2622 of 2011\n                                     BISHUNDEO PASWAN\n                                               Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n\n03       18.04.2011<\/pre>\n<p>             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Although, the dead body of the deceased was found in the<\/p>\n<p>                      house of co-accused Urmila Devi, who happens to be mother-in-law of<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioner but admittedly, none of the person has seen the actual<\/p>\n<p>                      killing of the deceased. The post-mortem report does not corroborate<\/p>\n<p>                      the statement of the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                      (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                      satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-III,<\/p>\n<p>                      Supaul in connection with Sessions Trial No. 273 of 2010 arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                      Birpur P.S.
