NO.  3636 OF 2004\n\n                     ---------------------------------------\n\n                    Dated this the 12th day of July, 2007.\n\n\n                                J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       This writ petition is filed with the following prayers:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              i)       issue   a   writ   of   mandamus   or   any   other<\/p>\n<p>              appropriate   writ,   direction   or   order,   directing   the<\/p>\n<p>              2nd  respondent   to   disburse   the   remaining   instalments<\/p>\n<p>              under the Sampoorna Parppida Padhathi scheme, to the<\/p>\n<p>              petitioner to be distributed among the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              ii)      issue   a   writ   of   mandamus   or   any   other<\/p>\n<p>              appropriate   writ,   direction   or   order,   directing   the<\/p>\n<p>              3rd respondent to sanction the remaining amount due as<\/p>\n<p>              per   the   said   scheme   and   disburse   the   same   to   the<\/p>\n<p>              2nd  respondent,   to   be   given   to   the   petitioner   for<\/p>\n<p>              distributing among the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>       2.
