The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.<br \/>\nCounsel further submitted that the petitioners are not the main<br \/>\naccused and even as per the prosecution case, offences under Sections<br \/>\n363, 366, 376, 34, 504, 506(2) of the IPC were committed by<br \/>\nthe principal accused and not the present petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above prima facie aspects of the matter, nature of allegations,<br \/>\nFIR and the alleged involvement of the petitioners, the petitioners<br \/>\nare ordered to be released on bail in connection with CR No. I-0055<br \/>\nof 2010 registered with Vadali Police Station, District Sabarkantha<br \/>\non their furnishing bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only)<br \/>\neach with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the lower<br \/>\nCourt and subject to following conditions :\n<\/p>\n<p>(i)\tnot take undue<br \/>\nadvantage of their liberty or abuse their liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>(ii)\tnot act in a manner<br \/>\ninjurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>(iii)\tmaintain law and<br \/>\norder;\n<\/p>\n<p>(iv)\tmark their presence<br \/>\nbefore Vadali Police Station on every 1st and 15th<br \/>\nday of English Calendar month between 11:00 am to 02:00 pm:\n<\/p>\n<p>(v)\tnot leave the State<br \/>\nof Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions Judge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>(vi)\tfurnish the address<br \/>\nof their residence at the time of execution of the bond and shall not<br \/>\nchange the residence without prior permission of this Court;\n<\/p>\n<p>(vii)\tsurrender their<br \/>\npassport, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed, the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned will be free to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\nmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute. The application is disposed of accordingly.
