Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :26\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                                S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                        ==================\n\n                            W.P(C).No.457 of 2009\n\n                        ==================\n\n                  Dated this the 26th day of March, 2009\n\n                                J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners&#8217; grievance is that respondents 1 and 3 are not<\/p>\n<p>taking appropriate steps to prevent parking of goods autorickshaws<\/p>\n<p>and other vehicles in front of the petitioners&#8217; shops. After hearing, I<\/p>\n<p>passed the following interim order on 20.3.2009.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            &#8220;Learned counsel for the Municipality submits that even now,<br \/>\n      despite Ext.R3(a) request, the Sub Inspector of police, East Police<br \/>\n      Station, Kottayam, has not given any assistance to enforce the<br \/>\n      prohibition of parking in front of the petitioners&#8217; shops. In the above<br \/>\n      circumstances, there would be a direction to the 3rd respondent to see<br \/>\n      that immediate appropriate action is taken for removing parking of<br \/>\n      vehicles in front of the shops as requested for in Ext.R3(a).&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>      2.    Now the petitioners submit that although at present illegal<\/p>\n<p>parking has been removed, respondents 1 and 3 may be directed to<\/p>\n<p>see that in future also no such parking takes place.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    I have heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.
