Respondents\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   28\/03\/2011          Petitioner has filed this writ application<\/p>\n<p>                  for consideration of his case for appointment<\/p>\n<p>                  as Constable pursuant to Advertisement No.1\/98.<\/p>\n<p>                         It appears that the petitioner had moved<\/p>\n<p>                  this Court in 2001 and the matter was remitted<\/p>\n<p>                  back    by     this    Court    to     the    D.I.G.,     Munger.<\/p>\n<p>                  Pursuant to the order of this Court, his case<\/p>\n<p>                  was     considered        and     by     Annexure-3           dated<\/p>\n<p>                  10.10.2002 representation of the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                  rejected.      Against    the    said        order,    petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  has    filed    this    writ    application       in    2009.    In<\/p>\n<p>                  between this period, another advertisement was<\/p>\n<p>                  published      and     recruitment      of     constables     have<\/p>\n<p>                  already been made filling up all the vacancies.<\/p>\n<p>                         In      the     circumstances,           case     of     the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner is not fit to be considered by this<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           Court   at    this       belated    stage   specially    when<\/p>\n<p>           against      the     order     of     the    D.I.G.     dated<\/p>\n<p>           10.10.2002,        petitioner         has     filed     writ<\/p>\n<p>           application in 2009.
