 Rao, at the outset, submitted that<\/p>\n
the._erossd_o:bjeetion is not maintainabie and is liable to<\/p>\n
 dismissed. He pointed out that, MFA 4812\/2005,<\/p>\n
   the insurer regarding fastening of liability on it<\/p>\n
 the Tribunal, had come up consideration on<\/p>\n
8.6.2010 and this Court dismissed the said appeal<\/p>\n
holding that the judgment and award of the Tribunal is<\/p>\n

just and proper and is in accordance with law.
\nTherefore. the cross objection is not maintainable. To<\/p>\n
