RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n               Bail Application No. 1389 of 2009\n                     - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n            Dated this the 23rd day of March, 2009.\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos. 1 to 12 in Crime No.71 of 2009 of Bekal<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147,<\/p>\n<p>188 and 353 r\/w Section 149 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioners and the other circumstances of the case, I<\/p>\n<p>am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<\/p>\n<p>police station concerned to release the petitioners on bail for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month in the event of their arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>with the above case on each of them executing a bond for Rs.<\/p>\n<p>25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction to the said<\/p>\n<p>officer and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 1389\/2009                : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.   The petitioner shall not obstruct the Pallikkara<br \/>\n             Panchayat    implementing    the  judgment      dated<br \/>\n             18.09.2007 in W.P.(C) No. 17344 of 2007 passed<br \/>\n             by this Court.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. Petitioners shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n             Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n             Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3. Petitioners shall make themselves available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n             and when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.   Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n             the prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to<br \/>\n             tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             5.   Petitioners shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n             on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             6.
