RAMKUMAR, J.\n            --------------------------------------------------\n               Bail Application No.7903 of 2010\n            --------------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 10th day of December, 2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that the<\/p>\n<p>Kaduthuruthy Police are at his heels in connection with Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.754 of 2010 of Kaduthuruthy Police Station.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in the above and<\/p>\n<p>that the petitioner is not required in connection with the above<\/p>\n<p>crime.    If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment<\/p>\n<p>entertained by the petitioner is unfounded.<\/p>\n<p>     Recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor,<\/p>\n<p>this petition is closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          V.
