When MS goes for meeting or visits he make MS goes for meetings as per notices\/requirements.<br \/>\n    entry in the register, give the procedures and He also has to visit senior officers for<br \/>\n    copy of the such register from April to till date. administrative matters which not pre-fixed hence<br \/>\n                                                       no such entry is made.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. Gambhir, Public Information Officer &amp; Chief Medical Officer;\n<\/p>\n<p>         The PIO has provided most of the information sought by the Appellant as admitted by her.<br \/>\nHowever, no duty list has been provided nor has it been stated that the duty list does not exist. If a duty<br \/>\nlist exists (query-4) the PIO will provide this to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The PIO is directed to provide the duty list to the appellant as per query-4 to the<br \/>\nAppellant before 30 March 2011.
