_   of Commission, observing that it is only a show-<\/p>\n
 Ii\ufb01otice and the appellant-petitioner instead of replying<\/p>\n
   sfiowing cause to the said notice has rushed to the Court,<\/p>\n
 of the writ petition by order dated 18.9.2008,<\/p>\n
  reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit his reply to the<\/p>\n
shoW–cause notice issued by the respondent, within’ ‘at<\/p>\n
of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy.~A4of  <\/p>\n

eompiaint,.__the\u00abC5emmission could not have issued notice to<\/p>\n
 toeieppear for the inquiry; that the \ufb01lm was<\/p>\n
 released  efter the Censor Board of Film Certification<\/p>\n
  the \ufb01lm and granted “U” Certi\ufb01cate for universal<\/p>\n
”  ..__iV1nrejstI’ieted public exhibition and of the 5 members of the<\/p>\n
   of Censor Board, three were women and all of them<\/p>\n

\nStatutory Authority under the Cinematogaph Act, has<\/p>\n
