JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 16\/08\/2011  \nORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\npetition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been<br \/>\nfiled, with the following prayers:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;a)\tYour<br \/>\nLordships may be pleased to admit and allow this application;\n<\/p>\n<p>b)\tYour<br \/>\nLordships be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other<br \/>\nappropriate writ, order or direction and be pleased to direct the<br \/>\nrespondents to refund the excess amount of registration fees that is<br \/>\nRs.1,82,770\/- &#8211;
