No.2618 of 2011\n                                    MOIN MIAN\n                                         Versus\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   10.3.2011               Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                  as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State.<\/p>\n<p>                            It would appear from the record that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  was made accused in Jamui P.S.Case No.104\/95 registered<\/p>\n<p>                  under sections 461,379 and 411 of I.P.C.It would further<\/p>\n<p>                  appear that the petitioner jumped bail on 28.6.2001 and<\/p>\n<p>                  subsequently remanded on 24.10.2001.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Although petitioner committed misuse of privilege<\/p>\n<p>                  of bail for the period of 9 years but considering the nature of<\/p>\n<p>                  offence as well as this aspect of the matter that since the year<\/p>\n<p>                  1995 till 2002, the petitioner attended the court below, let<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>                  Rs.10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                  satisfaction of Md.Salim, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class,<\/p>\n<p>                  Jamui, in Jamui P.S.
