Today, the learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate for the appellant has filed a leave-note. Hence, the<br \/>\n\tmatters are adjourned to 26th<br \/>\n\tSeptember, 2011. However, since the ad-interim relief could not be<br \/>\n\textended, on account of the default on the part of the Registry, the<br \/>\n\tparty cannot be made to suffer.
