Reconciliation proceedings failed.\n            I.A.No.7031\/11 under Order 41 rule 5 CPC\n            Notice of this application is accepted by Shri Shukla. He\n    prays for time to file reply.\n            Prayer is allowed. Reply, if any, be filed within a period of\n    two weeks.\n            Till next date of hearing, following directions are issued:-\n    1.      Appellant to furnish security as required under Order 41\n    rule 5 CPC to the satisfaction of the trial Court.\n    2.      Till further orders, appellant shall continue to make\n    payment of Rs.3000\/- per month to the respondent as\n    maintenance amount in place of Rs.5000\/- as directed by the trial\n    Court in direction No.2 of the decree.\n    3.
