P .BHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 22\/02\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)<\/p>\n<p>1.0\tThe<br \/>\napplicant &#8211; convict has filed this application through jail for grant<br \/>\nof 30 days&#8217; Temporary Bail so as to enable him to find out a suitable<br \/>\nmatch for his daughter.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tHaving<br \/>\nperused the Jail Remarks, he has enjoyed Furlough on two occasions<br \/>\nand Temporary Bail from 5th June 2010 to<br \/>\n10th<br \/>\nJune 2010.  No untoward incident is reported, either during his<br \/>\nrelease on Furlough or Temporary Bail.  Besides, he was arrested on<br \/>\n21st June 2010.  He is convicted on 27th<br \/>\nFebruary 2008.  Total time spent in jail as on 10th<br \/>\nFebruary 2011 is 08 years, 06 months and 26 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the aforesaid facts, Rule.  Learned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor Mr. Shah waives service of process of<br \/>\nRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed.  The applicant &#8211; accused is granted 30<br \/>\ndays&#8217; Temporary Bail from the date of his release, on his executing a<br \/>\npersonal bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.1\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\ntemporary bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.2\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
