Lakshman Rai, Son of Ram Swaroop Rai.\n                     All are resident of village-Laptaha, P.S.-Parihar, District-Sitamarhi.\n\n                                           Versus\n                                      The State of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   25.08.2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        counsel appearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                        registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                        Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of S.C. &amp; S.T. (Prevention<\/p>\n<p>                        of Atrocities) Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is stated that save and except the offence under S.C.<\/p>\n<p>                        &amp; S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, other sections under the<\/p>\n<p>                        IPC are bailable in nature.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is also stated that earlier the petitioner no. 1 had<\/p>\n<p>                        instituted a case against the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned<\/p>\n<p>                        police station, who has set up the informant of the present case<\/p>\n<p>                        and has got a false case registered.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is also stated that all the six petitioners belong to<\/p>\n<p>                        one family and they are related to each other. Though, it is<\/p>\n<p>                        alleged that all the six accused persons assaulted the informant<\/p>\n<p>                        and her husband indiscriminately by lathi, danda, fists and slaps<\/p>\n<p>                        but no injury report is there to support the allegation of assault.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                    It is also submitted that the instant case is an abuse of<\/p>\n<p>          the process of court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Be that as it may, in view of statutory bar under<\/p>\n<p>          Section 18 of the S.C. &amp; S.T.
