seeks to justify the award passed by the Tribunal. It<\/p>\n
is contended that even though it appears <\/p>\n

 thei\u00e9lisability at 27% to the left foot and in a<\/p>\n
 no’rfr11.a_l”circumstance it would be appropriate to take<\/p>\n
 of the said disability stated. However in the<\/p>\n
ill”~.instant case the Tribunal keeping in View the entire<\/p>\n
” circumstance including the nature of the avocation<\/p>\n

of the claimant being an agriculturist has thought it<\/p>\n
fit to consider the disability at 10% Wl’1’i,(V2ih.4!r~l_S<\/p>\n
appropriate.\n<\/p>\n
4] Therefore keeping these__aspeiet”s:ii’.fi1ii”‘i\\fi.ew_<\/p>\n
and noticing the nature of inju.riejstA.iinsofari’ <\/p>\n
pain and suffering the comipensatido-n awa.rd’\u00a7:fidv…is–‘j0n v ‘<\/p>\n
the lower side and as  sum of
\nRs.15,000\/– is  head. Even
\nthough the   loss of
\nfuture earningi-is  towards loss
\nof amenitie’s’-ihasiii:Tf’bee’r1;”~iawa’I’ded in View of the
\npersonal loss of pleasure in<\/p>\n
View of_thei\u00b0’injurie–_sA7–siu’fi;ered. Therefore under the<\/p>\n
ghe.ad 1;oiiss..i_of iai1rie–nities a sum of Rs.15,000\/– is<\/p>\n
aitirzgirvdegy to take care of the shortfall<\/p>\n
i  ._towair’:lsl m_e.dii’r.;a’;1 expenses, food and nourishment a<\/p>\n
..il_ij’_f.V_eompensatinn of Rs.10,000\/– is awarded. Therefore<\/p>\n
4thie’_.ela’i\u00abmant in all is entitled to the enhanced<\/p>\n
iiiiit–cioimieiensation of Rs.-40,000\/– with interest at the<\/p>\n
 rate as awarded by the Tribunal. The enhanced<\/p>\n
amount of compensation with interest shall be<\/p>\n
i,<\/p>\n
re<\/p>\n
deposited by the insurance company within a period<\/p>\n
of six weeks from the date of receipt of the<\/p>\n
this judgment. On deposit, the entire <\/p>\n
be disbursed to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n
