JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n\nDate :\n10\/02\/2011 \n\n \n\n\n ORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\npetition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been<br \/>\nfiled with the following prayers:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A)\tissue<br \/>\nan appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent to allow<br \/>\nthe petitioner to submit the requisite creamy layer certificate for<br \/>\nthe advertisement given by the respondent for the post of Assistant<br \/>\nConservator of Forest, Class-II\/Range Forest Officer, Class-II;\n<\/p>\n<p>B)\tIssue<br \/>\nappropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent to allow the<br \/>\npetitioner to appear in the main written examination which is to be<br \/>\nheld between 19\/02\/2011 to 03\/03\/2011 for the post of Assistant<br \/>\nConservator of Forest, Class-II\/Range Forest Officer, Class-II;\n<\/p>\n<p>C)\tPending<br \/>\nadmission and\/or final disposal of this petition, the respondent be<br \/>\ndirected to allow the petitioner to appear in the main written<br \/>\nexamination which is to be held between 19\/02\/2011 to 03\/03\/2011 for<br \/>\nthe post of Assistant Conservator of Forest, Class-II\/Range Forest<br \/>\nOfficer, Class-II;\n<\/p>\n<p>D)\tpending<br \/>\nadmission and\/or final disposal of this petition, further procedure<br \/>\nwith respect to the advertisement by the GPSC for the post of<br \/>\nAssistant Conservator of Forest, Class-II\/Range Forest Officer,<br \/>\nClass-II be stayed&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tMr.Rushabh<br \/>\nR. Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner, states that the<br \/>\ninterest of justice would be served if the respondent-Gujarat Public<br \/>\nService Commission is directed to consider and decide the<br \/>\nrepresentation\u00a0dated 02.02.2011 made by the petitioner<br \/>\nexpeditiously and before the commencement of the final examination.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tUpon<br \/>\nthe above submission being made by the learned advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioner, the following order is passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tThe<br \/>\nrespondent-Gujarat Public Service Commission is directed to consider<br \/>\nand decide the representation dated 02.02.2011 (Annexure-G) made by<br \/>\nthe petitioner on or before 15.02.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIt<br \/>\nis clarified that while passing this order the court has not entered<br \/>\ninto the merits of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tThe<br \/>\npetition is disposed of accordingly.
