Mr.Nanavati<br \/>\nread jail report and pointed out that the applicant has enjoyed<br \/>\ninterim bail and furlough. Therefore, he has contended that parole<br \/>\nmay not be granted to the present applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tFrom<br \/>\nthe contents of the application no sound reason is shown by the<br \/>\napplicant. I do not find any substance in the case. Hence this<br \/>\napplication stands dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Z.\n<\/p>\n<p>K.
