The<br \/>\n\tprayer made in Civil application no. 1724\/2011 in para 7(A) is<br \/>\n\tquoted as under:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;7(A)<br \/>\n\tThat the Hon&#8217;ble Court be pleased to modify and\/or clarify order<br \/>\n\tdated 20\/10\/2010 passed in Special Civil Application No. 7972\/2010<br \/>\n\tas to mean that the said order is confined only to the extent of<br \/>\n\tsubject matter of this petition i.e. to the extent of exclusion of<br \/>\n\tthe candidates holding degree of B. P. Ed. or D. P. Ed. and that the<br \/>\n\tsaid order does not come in the way of respondents from considering<br \/>\n\tand making recruitment of other candidates pursuant to the orders<br \/>\n\tpassed by this Hon&#8217;ble Court in other petitions where the challenge<br \/>\n\tto the recruitment is an other grounds.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>In light of prayer made by<br \/>\n\tapplicant &#8211; Milan K Patel to the effect to modify and clarify order<br \/>\n\tdated 20\/10\/2010 passed in SCA no. 7972\/2010.  This being a case of<br \/>\n\tmodification and clarification of order passed by this Court,<br \/>\n\tRegistry is directed to place this matter before appropriate bench<br \/>\n\twho has passed order dated 20\/10\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>In Civil Application no.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t1068\/2011, prayer made by State Government before this Court in para<br \/>\n\t5(B)(C), which are as under:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;5(B)<br \/>\n\tThat the Hon&#8217;ble Court be pleased to vacate the interim relief which<br \/>\n\tis passed by this Hon&#8217;ble Court (Coram : Honourable Mr. Justice Ravi<br \/>\n\tR.
