Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :07\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ================\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 17477 OF 2010 (H)\n                 =====================\n\n              Dated this the 7th day of June, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The prayer sought in the writ petition is to direct<\/p>\n<p>respondents 2 and 3 to finalise Ext.P1, list of the Junior Public<\/p>\n<p>Health Nurses, to be transferred on application. Ext.P1 list itself<\/p>\n<p>show that appeals were to be filed within 10 days and going by<\/p>\n<p>the averments, it appears that the appeals are also still pending.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, unless the appeals filed in response to Ext.P1 are<\/p>\n<p>finalised, at this stage, Ext.P1 cannot be ordered to be<\/p>\n<p>implemented.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    In the circumstances, the only order that can be<\/p>\n<p>passed is that respondents 2 and 3 shall take expeditious steps<\/p>\n<p>for finalising the appeals that were received in response to Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>and on finalisation of the appeals, they shall take expeditious<\/p>\n<p>action for finalising Ext.P1 itself, in the light of the appellate<\/p>\n<p>orders that are to be passed. Expeditious steps shall be taken in<\/p>\n<p>this behalf on the production of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
