JUSTICE KANWALJIT SINGH AHLUWALIA<\/p>\n<p>Present:     None for the appellant(s).\n<\/p>\n<p>             Shri Sunil Tandon, Advocate, for respondent No.2.<br \/>\nKanwaljit Singh Ahluwalia, J. (Oral):\n<\/p>\n<p>             On 1.12.2009, this Court while directing the Counsel for the<br \/>\nappellants to furnish correct addresses of respondents No.4, 5 and 6 within a<br \/>\nweek and had adjourned the matter to 28.1.2010. On 28.1.2010, the case<br \/>\nwas adjourned to 5.4.2010 on written request circulated by the counsel. On<br \/>\n5.4.2010, again a written request was circulated and the case was adjourned<br \/>\nto 7.7.2010. On 7.7.2010, this Court noticed that notices could not be<br \/>\nissued to respondents No.4 to 6 as the Counsel for the appellants had not<br \/>\nfiled correct addresses. The case was adjourned to 14.10.2010 to enable the<br \/>\nCounsel to file correct addresses. On 14.10.2010, a written request was<br \/>\ncirculated and the case was adjourned to 2.2.2011. On 2.2.2011, this Court<br \/>\nnoticed that notices could not be issued to respondents No.4 to 6 as the<br \/>\nCounsel had not filed the correct addresses and posted the case for 8.4.2011.<br \/>\nOn 8.4.2011, the case was adjourned to 14.7.2011 as the Counsel for the<br \/>\nappellant made a request for adjournment. Today, no body is present on<br \/>\nbehalf of the appellants.\n<\/p>\n<p>             A period of one year and eight months is going to elapse. In<br \/>\nspite of availing various opportunities to furnish correct addresses of<br \/>\nrespondents No.4 to 6 in the Registry, no effort has been made.     It seems<br \/>\nthat the appellant is not interested to pursue the present appeal.
