SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                    ------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) No. 18140 OF 2010\n                   -------------------------------\n              Dated this the 11th day of JUNE, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P4 notice issued by the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent directing the petitioner to stop the quarrying<\/p>\n<p>activities undertaken by the petitioner in certain properties<\/p>\n<p>mentioned therein.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also. I<\/p>\n<p>am of opinion that having issued Ext.P4 notice, the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent or the appropriate authority has a duty to take it to<\/p>\n<p>its logical conclusion by passing final orders in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>      Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction<\/p>\n<p>to the competent as between respondents 1 and 2 to pass final<\/p>\n<p>orders pursuant to Ext.P4 notice as expeditiously as possible, at<\/p>\n<p>any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of<\/p>\n<p>a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of being<\/p>\n<p>heard to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         S.
