MITHU RAY SON OF LALIT RAY\n                                                  ----------- PETITIONERS\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   11.03.2011               Heard learned counsels for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                  and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioners are apprehending their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                  in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307<\/p>\n<p>                  and 504\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             There is accusation of assault against the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners, but, it is submitted that informant has<\/p>\n<p>                  retracted from his initial version and a compromise<\/p>\n<p>                  petition has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the fact that the injuries appear<\/p>\n<p>                  to be simple and the informant has retracted from his<\/p>\n<p>                  initial version, let the above named petitioners, be<\/p>\n<p>                  released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                  or surrender before the learned Court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                  period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                  of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                  the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with<\/p>\n<p>             Nauhatta P.S.
