Sri.Mathew<\/p>\n<p>G.Vadakkal the learned Government Pleader takes notice for the<\/p>\n<p>first respondent.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     The   petitioner&#8217;s   grievance   is   that   the   difference   in<\/p>\n<p>purchase   price   of   tar   to   which   he   is   eligible   is   not   being<\/p>\n<p>disbursed to him.  I do not propose to examine the merits of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s claim.   Ext.P1 filed by the petitioner is now pending<\/p>\n<p>before   the   Secretary   (3rd  respondent).   The   3rd  respondent   will<\/p>\n<p>take   up   Ext.P1,   consider   the   same   in   the   light   of   the   various<\/p>\n<p>grounds raised in the writ petition, hear the petitioner and take a<\/p>\n<p>correct and just decision on Ext.P1.
