RAMACHANDRA MENON, JJ.\n                  = = = = = = = = = = = = == == = = =\n                          D.B.A. NO. 113 OF 2009\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n           DATED THIS, THE 29TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2009.\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The prayer is to accord sanction for reconstruction of the Devi<\/p>\n<p>Temple in Nettoorkottukavu Devaswom in Thrikkariyoor Group under the<\/p>\n<p>Travancore Devaswom Board. The matter was referred to the Ombudsman<\/p>\n<p>and it is recommended that such reconstruction is required as the Sreekovil<\/p>\n<p>of the Temple is old and is in a dilapidated condition.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Having heard both sides, the sanction sought for is accorded. The<\/p>\n<p>estimate and other expenditure incurred will be subject to audit. The work<\/p>\n<p>will also be included in the priority list and will be taken up subject to<\/p>\n<p>budgetary provision.\n<\/p>\n<p>      D.B.A. is Closed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                             P.R.
