The G.R.T. does have jurisdiction, but the route adopted by<br \/>\n\tthe respondent was not in accordance with law.  It is the contention<br \/>\n\tof learned advocate for the petitioner that original order could<br \/>\n\thave been challenged by the State by way of preferring Revision<br \/>\n\tApplication straightway in G.R.T.\n<\/p>\n<p>This<br \/>\n\tCourt is of the view that this question is required to be<br \/>\n\tconsidered.  Hence, Rule, returnable on 25.11.2011.<br \/>\n\tMs. Pathak, learned AGP waives service of Rule on behalf of<br \/>\n\trespondent no.1.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of this fact, when there is prmia facie case made out in<br \/>\n\trespect of the order of remand to Collector, let the order of remand<br \/>\n\tbe stayed.
