No. 2032 of 2010\n<\/p>\n<p>                 &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p>                      Date: 10th June, 2010<\/p>\n<p>                                 Order<\/p>\n<p>     In this Petition filed under Sec. 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>seeks to quash all further proceedings in C.C. No. 759 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>on the file of J.F.C.M. I, Kochi for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 324 and 325 I.P.C. The de facto complainant is none<\/p>\n<p>other than his own wife. An affidavit has been filed by the wife<\/p>\n<p>(who has entered appearance as well) to the effect that the<\/p>\n<p>dispute between them has been settled and they are living<\/p>\n<p>together.    Re-union of the marital partners is a happy<\/p>\n<p>culmination of the matrimonial discord and allowing the C.C.<\/p>\n<p>Case to be on the file of the Court below is an avoidable irritant.<\/p>\n<p>Having regard to the re-conciliation between the parties, I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined to quash the proceedings. Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is<\/p>\n<p>allowed and C.C. No. 759\/2009 on the file of the J.F.C.M.
