Hence: this Writ petition.<br \/>\nI<\/p>\n<p>.3-\n<\/p>\n<p>2. indisputably, the sale transaction  V&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>22.7.2003 after the Act came into force M  V&#8217;  &#8216;<\/p>\n<p>perm1s&#8217; sion of the Government    *7of<\/p>\n<p>Section 4 of the Act. Though the   <\/p>\n<p>the sale as being valid in the nghtg\ufb01itxae<br \/>\nby the older dated 15.7.v2\u20ac)xO3  of the  it<br \/>\nwas not shown that  *   the rcqilisite<br \/>\njurisdiction to We :e~tesuc31&#8217;p\u00a21~5;a\u00a7s;9;;ug:a\u00a2\u00a7 the Act.<\/p>\n<p>3. T\u00a7:\u00a7e    that permission as<br \/>\nrequireii  of Sec\ufb01on 4 of the Act is to be<br \/>\nganted    &#8220;end that the State has not<\/p>\n<p>deieggtted thie   {\ufb01e Tahsildar. In that View of the<\/p>\n<p>  Hire  be taken to the reasons, \ufb01ndings<\/p>\n<p>  2 arrived at by the Asst.
