No.39511 of 2010\n                       SANJAY PASWAN, son of Kunkun Paswan\n                                        Versus\n                                  STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/-   26.11.2010                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                       offence under Sections 498-A, 494 of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                       Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering that the petitioner is in jail custody since<\/p>\n<p>                       01.06.2010, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                       furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                       of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court<\/p>\n<p>                       concerned to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in<\/p>\n<p>                       Bariyapur P.S. Case No.36 of 2010, subject to the conditions, (i) That<\/p>\n<p>                       one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will<\/p>\n<p>                       give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner. The bailor will undertake to furnish information to the<\/p>\n<p>                       court about any change in the address of the petitioner, and (ii) The<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner volunteers to deposit Rs. 400\/- per month in the court<\/p>\n<p>                       below firstly within 15 days of the release from jail custody and<\/p>\n<p>                       subsequently by 15th every month which the wife of the petitioner will<\/p>\n<p>                       be at liberty to withdraw without prejudice the right of the parties.
