JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 27\/12\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\npetition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been<br \/>\nfiled with the following prayers:-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(A)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the<br \/>\nnature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions<br \/>\ndirecting respondent No.1 to decide appeal of the petitioner(at<br \/>\nANNEXURE-R hereto) within a period of 15 days from the date of order<br \/>\nin the present petition;\n<\/p>\n<p>(B)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the<br \/>\nnature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions<br \/>\nquashing and setting aside 20.04.2010, 02.07.2010 and 30.10.2010<br \/>\npassed by respondent No.2(at ANNEXURE-E, ANNEXURE-J and ANNEXURE-P<br \/>\nhereto) and further be pleased to allow the petitioner to retire<br \/>\nvoluntarily with all consequential benefits;\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)\tDuring<br \/>\nthe pendency and final disposal of the present petition, YOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS may be pleased to direct respondent No.1 authority to<br \/>\ndecide the appeal of the petitioner(at ANNEXURE-R hereto) within a<br \/>\nperiod of 15 days from the date of order in the present petition;\n<\/p>\n<p>(D)\tPass<br \/>\nany such order and\/or further orders that may be thought just and<br \/>\nproper, in the facts and circumstances of the present case;&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tAt<br \/>\nthe outset, Mr. S.P.
