Champaneri has appeared on<br \/>\nbehalf of the respondent. Heard Mr. Thakkar, learned advocate for the<br \/>\napplicant and Mr. Champaneri, learned Assistant Solicitor General for<br \/>\nthe Regional Director.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission<br \/>\nmade by learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent Regional<br \/>\nDirector and considering the fact that the process had already served<br \/>\nto the Regional Director, the request made in the application is<br \/>\ngranted. The earlier order dated 13.6.2011 is directed to be modified<br \/>\nto the extent that hearing of the petition is now scheduled for<br \/>\n14.10.2011. The delay occurred in preferring the application and the<br \/>\ndefault in not publishing the advertisement is condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIt<br \/>\nis clarified that if the advertisement as required by law and as per<br \/>\nthe said order dated 13.6.2011 is not published, any further<br \/>\nextension will not be granted. With the aforesaid clarification, the<br \/>\napplication is disposed of.
