However, the<br \/>\npetitioner has not chosen to produce any evidence to substantiate his<br \/>\nclaim that his application dated 23rd March 1990 was, in<br \/>\nfact, received by the office of the Collector, Gandhinagar.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIf<br \/>\nthe petitioner has any such evidence  to substantiate his claim that<br \/>\nhis application dated 23rd March 1990 was, in fact,<br \/>\nreceived by the office of the Collector, Gandhinagar, he is at<br \/>\nliberty to produce the same before the Collector, Gandhinagar by way<br \/>\nof making a fresh application.  If and when such application is made,<br \/>\nthe authority will consider and decide the same in accordance with<br \/>\nlaw.
