This court, therefore, has not entered into the<br \/>\nmerits of the matter.  Appeal as well as Civil Application stand<br \/>\ndisposed of accordingly.  It is clarified that the period from the<br \/>\ndate of filing this appeal i.e. 19.10.2010 till today i.e. 27.06.2011<br \/>\nshall be considered by the District Court for delay condonation if<br \/>\nthe appellant approaches the District Court within 30 days from<br \/>\ntoday.
