DATTU, CJ.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Questioning the correctness or otherwise of the orders passed by the learned Single<\/p>\n<p>Judge in W.P.(C). No.34182\/07 dated 26.11.2007, the petitioner in the Writ Petition has<\/p>\n<p>presented this Writ Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2. What was questioned by the petitioner in the writ petition is the show cause notice<\/p>\n<p>(Ext.P2) issued by the third respondent, Joint Registrar.<\/p>\n<p>        3. If for any reason the petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P2 show cause notice, he could<\/p>\n<p>have filed his objections to the same, to the effect that it is devoid of any merit and contrary<\/p>\n<p>to the provisions of the Act. Without filing such objections, petitioner has rushed to this<\/p>\n<p>Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.   In our opinion, the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner is fully premature.<\/p>\n<p>Keeping that aspect of the matter in view, the learned Single Judge has rightly rejected the<\/p>\n<p>Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>        5. We do not find any error in the orders passed by the learned Single Judge.<\/p>\n<p>However, the appellant\/petitioner is granted fifteen days&#8217; time from today to file his<\/p>\n<p>objections, if any, to Ext.P2 Notice issued by the third respondent, Joint Registrar. If such<\/p>\n<p>an objection is received within the time granted by this Court, the third respondent shall<\/p>\n<p>consider the same and take a decision in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>        Ordered accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                             H.L.
