Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :12\/08\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                           V.GIRI, J\n                         -------------------\n                     W.P.(C).21171\/2009\n                        --------------------\n          Dated this the 12th day of August, 2009\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner complains of refusal on the part of the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent to     register the original of Ext.P1 document<\/p>\n<p>which is the sale deed under which the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>purported to      purchase 2\/3rd undivided share of the<\/p>\n<p>ancestral property covering an extent of 45 cents.<\/p>\n<p>Allegation is that the 4th respondent has refused to register<\/p>\n<p>the document on the ground that the property which is<\/p>\n<p>conveyed under Ext.P1 has not been valued properly.<\/p>\n<p>2.   Learned     Government        Pleader   submits that the<\/p>\n<p>document was not presented for registration and if it is so<\/p>\n<p>done, it will be registered.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.   Writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent to register the original of Ext.P1 as and when<\/p>\n<p>presented for registration, in accordance with law, subject<\/p>\n<p>to compliance with the formalities under the Stamp Act and<\/p>\n<p>the registration.
