No.18124 of 2011\n                                     SARJUN RAJBANSHI\n                                               Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       28.06.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                     as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p>                                According to prosecution case itself, it was co-<\/p>\n<p>                     accused, Laxman Rajbanshi who took the victim. Moreover,<\/p>\n<p>                     when the victim was recovered and her statement under<\/p>\n<p>                     section-164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded, she specifically<\/p>\n<p>                     stated that she was taken away by the aforesaid Laxman<\/p>\n<p>                     Rajbanshi and one , Jhutla Rajbanshi @ Vijaiya. So far as<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner is concerned, the victim has admitted that the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is uncle of aforesaid Laxman Rajbanshi.<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, namely, Sarjun Rajbanshi be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                     Mehandiya P.S.
