The appellant was present in person, whereas the respondents were<br \/>\nrepresented by Shri Aniruddha Mishra, Manager (RTI) and Shri Ashok Kumar Chaudhary,<br \/>\nManager (G)<\/p>\n<p>2.     The appellant filed RTI-request dated 22.10.2010, seeking information on three<br \/>\nRTI-queries pertaining to fixation of his pay &#8211; (1) order sheet&#8217;s copy by the competent<br \/>\nauthority; (2) LPC or Appendix &#8216;B&#8217; on the basis of which the fixation was made; and (3)<br \/>\nCopy of fixation order. The CPIO vide letter No. RTI Cell-65\/Angad Prasad Singh\/2010<br \/>\ndated 3.11.2010 has requested the appellant to provide him specific details of information<br \/>\nsought. The appellant submitted detailed application on 8.11.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     Aggrieved by the non-receipt of response from PIO, the appellant filed first-appeal<br \/>\n25.11.2010 before FAA, which was not disposed of by FAA till the period of filing second-<br \/>\nappeal before the Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     During the hearing the respondent submitted that the matter was transferred to<br \/>\nPersonnel Section. The Personnel Section informed that the matter is so old and they are<br \/>\nnot able to search the concerned file, hence sought three months time. The FAA<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                                                         Case No. CIC\/SS\/A\/2011\/000655<br \/>\nordered the concerned section to provide available information to the appellant. The<br \/>\navailable information was provided to the appellant vide letter dated 11.3.2011. The<br \/>\nappellant again approached FAA on 4.4.2011. On the direction of FAA the CPIO vide letter<br \/>\ndated 29.4.2011 has provided available information to the appellant. The appellant<br \/>\nsubmitted that the CPIO has not provided copy of note sheet.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
