              In the present contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged that<\/p>\n
in spite of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.17749 of 2005, the<\/p>\n
respondents are effecting recovery from the petitioner.<\/p>\n
              In the short reply filed on behalf of Rupender Singh Nandal,<\/p>\n
Principal, Govt. Senior Secondary School, Chhara, Jhajjar, it has been<\/p>\n
mentioned that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, no<\/p>\n
recovery has been effected from the petitioner.           It has been further<\/p>\n
submitted that the balance amount of gratuity amounting to Rs.1,18,245\/-<\/p>\n
and commutation of pension amounting to Rs.1,22,382\/- has been paid to<\/p>\n
the petitioner which has been duly received by him vide Annexure R-1.<\/p>\n
              In view of the above, I am not inclined to proceed further in<\/p>\n
the matter.\n<\/p>\n
              Rule discharged.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
