Petitioner is an accused for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>                   under sections 394 and 302 of the Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                 3. It transpires that earlier also the petitioner filed Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                   Misc. No. 16266 of 2010 for the same relief, but the said petition<\/p>\n<p>                   was rejected vide order dated 14.07.2010 with a liberty to the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner to move again after completion of three years in custody.<\/p>\n<p>                   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has remained in<\/p>\n<p>                   custody for more than three        years.   Other co-accused person<\/p>\n<p>                   Indradeo Paswan has already been released on bail by an order of a<\/p>\n<p>                   Bench of this Court dated 22.05.2009 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5365<\/p>\n<p>                   of 2009 (Annexure 3).\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 4. Considering        the aforementioned facts and<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed. Accordingly, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   sole petitioner, namely, Udai Paswan be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   executing bail bond      of Rs. 10,000.00 (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                   sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of          learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Additional District and Sessions Judge-1V, Aurangabad                 in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       connection with Sessions Trial No. 213 of 2009\/640 of 2009, arising<\/p>\n<p>       out of Rafiganj P.S.
