The conditions imposed by<\/p>\n<p>us in the matter of condoning the delay will stand modified to the<\/p>\n<p>following extent only.\n<\/p>\n<p>     i). The cost payable to the Government is reduced to<\/p>\n<p>Rs.1000\/-.\n<\/p>\n<p>      ii). The Cost payable to the High Court Legal Services<\/p>\n<p>Committee is reduced to Zero.<\/p>\n<p>     In all other respects, the order will stand confirmed.
