Therefore, the papers were called for<br \/>\nand the papers are received from the Registry.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\nmatter is taken up for consideration.  The petitioner in this<br \/>\npetition has sought the same relief as is sought by the petitioner in<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application No.15832 of 2010. For the same reasons,<br \/>\nviz. absence of any reason in the petition seeking condonation of<br \/>\ndelay, the order passed by  the Gujarat State Cooperative Tribunal,<br \/>\nAhmedabad is found to be in order and it does not warrant any<br \/>\ninterference at the hands of this Court.
