No.1034 of 2011\n                     RABINDRA SHARMA, SON OF RAJENDRA SHARMA\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02    11.02.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                    as learned Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Complaint Case No. 11 of 2009 for the offence punishable<\/p>\n<p>                    under Sections 498A and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioner is husband of the complainant and<\/p>\n<p>                    admittedly, the marriage of petitioner had taken place in the<\/p>\n<p>                    year 2004 and the complaint case was filed in the year 2009<\/p>\n<p>                    i.e. after five years of the marriage. The impugned order of<\/p>\n<p>                    learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Nawadah reveals that an<\/p>\n<p>                    attempt to patch up the dispute of the parties was taken by him<\/p>\n<p>                    but complainant flatly refused to lead her conjugal life with the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering      the    aforesaid     facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties above<\/p>\n<p>                    named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                    Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with above stated<\/p>\n<p>                    Complaint Case No.11 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Shahzad                                  (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J )\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Rabindra Sharma vs The State Of Bihar on 11 February, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
