The<br \/>\nmatter came up for hearing on 10.10.2011. The appellant was present in person, whereas<br \/>\nthe respondent were represented by Shri Kamal Kishore, AGM (CPF) &amp; CPIO and Shri<br \/>\nV.P. Arora<\/p>\n<p>2.     The appellant filed an RTI-application dated 22.10.2010 seeking information &#8220;Year-<br \/>\nwise copies of CPF Slips statements w.e.f. 1975 till the date of his retirement.&#8221; The CPIO<br \/>\nvide letter No. CPF-VI\/CPF\/ZO (N)\/RTI\/2010-11 dated 22.12.2010 an interim reply was<br \/>\nsent to the appellant, and vide letter No. 1518 dated 24.3.2011, the CPIO has provided<br \/>\nCPF Slips for the F.Y. 1995-96 to 2009-10 to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     Aggrieved by the reply of CPIO, the appellant preferred first-appeal dated nil<br \/>\n(received on 28.2.2011) before FAA. The FAA, vide order No. GM (CPF)\/ 3\/2011\/ 80246\/<br \/>\n1526 dated 8.2.2011 upheld the reply of CPIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     During the hearing the respondent submitted that CPF slips pertaining to FCI<br \/>\nemployees prior to FY 1995-96 were manually maintained by the FCI, Headquarters,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                            2          Case No. CIC\/SS\/A\/2011\/000955<\/span><\/p>\n<p>which are not available. The requisite information as per available records has been<br \/>\nprovided to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.     After hearing the parties and perusing the relevant documents in file, the<br \/>\nCommission is of the considered view that requisite information as per available records<br \/>\nhas been provided to the appellant by respondent.
