Kodekar, learned APP,<br \/>\nfor the applicant &#8211; State of Gujarat and  a perusal of  the<br \/>\nimpugned judgment and order dated 20.4.2010, rendered in  Special ACB<br \/>\n Case No. 74 of 1998, by learned Special Judge &amp;
